The Big Fat Website Guy: Who Is Will Dentten?

Yes, you read it right. The big fat website guy.

I know, pretty self deprecating. Why do I call myself the big fat website guy though? Because it's funny, it's memorable and it's me being me.

At Test Valley Digital we like to be authentic, and for me I like to have a laugh. Equally, it gets stuck in people's heads, so if someone says "do you know someone that can do me an amazing website", they'll think "you need to speak to the big fat website guy".

You then put it into Google (just like I know you've just done) and poof, I appear at the top! They can then look around, see some of the amazing work in our Portfolio, and learn about our incredible website packages. When looking at both of these, most people decide to book in a call with, guess who, ME!

What else can I tell you about me...

Hampshire to Oxfordshire

I grew up in Horndean, a quiet village in Hampshire and I lived with my mum and dad. I then moved up to Witney in 2022, and I love being heavily involved in the local area. I love going to networking events, and I run a football group called XL Footy Witney, more on that later!

I know my stuff

Before Test Valley Digital, I worked my way through the marketing world, having worked in local government, tech, agencies and startups, just about every kind of digital experience you can think of. That experience gave me a real understanding on what makes businesses tick and what makes websites fail. I use that knowledge to advise business owners and get their websites running better.

XL Footy Witney

Outside of Test Valley Digital, I'm very proud to have set up XL Footy Witney, a football group for overweight and unfit men, built with the help of the amazing Witney Vikings FC. It’s become a brilliant way for locals lads to get moving, meet people and have a bit of a laugh.

A Proper Spurs Fan

I hope this doesn't put you off, but I am a massive Tottenham Hotspur fan. Yes, I've heard all the jokes, but I don't care. Spurs teach me a lot about life, and they will win a trophy one day. Yes, one day. Hold on, WE ACTUALLY WON A TROPHY!!!!

Fat Man = Food

I love my food, I'll eat pretty much anything. One of my biggest passions is cooking, so if you ever want some tips, just let me know! At the end of the day, when it comes to food you should only trust a fat person. We know best when it comes to food.

I love my old school music

I will listen to a bit of everything, but ask me what I really love and I’ll say “Proper music.” We’re talking The Eagles, Queen, Pink Floyd, music that took skill to create. If it was made in the 70s or 80s, it’s probably on one of my playlists.

Hidden Talents (Because Why Not?)

Ask me to solve a Rubik’s Cube and I'll do it in under two minutes. Or test my memory, I know Pi to 21 decimal places. Don’t ask me why, I just do, it's about as useful as the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium trophy cabinet to be honest...
